Moneymore Place – Home Extension Project

The owners at Moneymore Place needed more space to better support their lifestyle and long-term needs. Their existing home lacked the flexibility and room to grow, so we helped them completely reimagine the layout. Working closely with the owners, we added a generous extension that included a new living area, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, an office, laundry, linen storage, and an outdoor space for entertaining. We also transformed the existing living room into a new master bedroom with ensuite.

The result? A complete transformation that’s nearly doubled the home’s overall floor area. This has created a more functional and family-friendly layout, and added significant resale value to the property.
