Churchill Ave - Bathroom Renovation

Our clients came to us wanting more than a quick refresh. Their existing bathroom was dated and no longer suited the way they lived, so they were after a full renovation that would bring the space up to a modern standard and make it work harder for their home.

Rather than just changing the surface finishes, we stripped the bathroom right back. This let us properly check the condition of everything underneath before rebuilding, so nothing was covered over and hoped for the best. From there we worked through the renovation in a controlled sequence, coordinating each trade and making sure every stage was signed off before moving on to the next.

With the space opened up, we altered the plumbing to suit the new layout, upgraded the electrical and lighting, and installed new insulation to improve the room's warmth and energy efficiency. Getting these things right early on is what sets a bathroom up to perform well for years, not just look good on day one.

We then rebuilt the space with new wall and floor finishes, a new shower and fittings, and fresh cabinetry and accessories. Throughout the fit-out we paid close attention to the details that are easy to miss but make all the difference, like the junctions between materials and the sealing, so the finish is clean, durable and built to last.
