Kawai Street South – Garage Renovation

The owners at Kawai Street South wanted to make better use of their underutilised garage, by turning it into a practical, well-finished storage space to enhance their everyday living. We worked closely with them to fully transform the garage. The project included insulating the walls and ceiling, adding a new partition wall with a door, and lining the walls and ceiling with plywood for a clean, durable finish. The result? A well-thought-out, functional space that’s ready for painting and final touches. A great example of how smart upgrades can turn unused corners into valuable, usable space.
